Joe and his team are awesome! They are timely, responsible and have a lot of experience moving furniture as well as assembly. They did a quality job and we would definitely hire them again. Don't let the "big name" movers think they are the best. The small business movers provide the best service!!

I used Metropolitan Moving LLC for the second time in March 2019, and I was not disappointed. They gave me the same excellent service they gave me with my last move, and that they have given to everyone I referred to them over the past 6 years. They are a great group of guys who work hard, have a great attitude, and want you to be happy. They moved my 4BR house contents from Charlotte to Blowing Rock like it was nothing. They took excellent care with all of my items. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving to or from the Charlotte area.

Used MM LLC to move from our 6,000 sq. ft house. We picked them because it was clear that Joe, the owner, was heavily involved in the process and was looking to build a quality business. It was a big job and the guys handled it well The team was friendly and made an effort to connect with us and put us at ease. Joe was on top of everything and always seemed to be in the middle of things when something particularly delicate or especially heavy was being moved. I'd recommend MM LLC for your next move.

Professional. Returned communication in a timely manner. Crew was great and Joe keeps things running smooth. They were not the cheapest but solid value and you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them. So many sketchy moving companies in clt and these guys are among the best.

Metropolitan Movers did a great job from start to finish! I really appreciated how polite and helpful each employee was. In addition, they were very careful with our belongings and made sure they didn't damage our floors or paint. Overall, they did a great job!

After calling multiple moving companies for estimates I had a friend recommend Metropolitan Moving to me. Metropolitan Moving was the only company to offer to come out and look at everything to get an idea of the move and give me a 100% accurate quote (my final bill was exactly what was quoted, I've been told that is not common in the moving industry). The crew were all extremely friendly and hardworking as well as very careful with all of our items being moved. These guys are THE BEST!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could. I used Metropolitan Moving to pack a Uhaul for my move to Texas. They brought 4 great, polite, conscientious guys who packed the truck very carefully and very tight. I didn't think it was all going to fit in the truck, but they had no problem. They gave me a rate well below several other companies that I called that were only going to bring 3 guys. If I were going to be living in Charlotte I would use them every time.

I used Metropolitan Moving for a recent move in the Charlotte area. There was great communication from Joe prior to the move and the day of the move. The guys came in and started working to get everything moved quickly and efficiently. They took some pieces of furniture apart and put them back together at the new residence. I thought the rate per hour was a little high initially, until I checked other places (those with lower rates had additional charges such as truck, fuel and travel) and some places were so high with quotes, I wondered if they sent the quotes to the correct person. Joes rate included everything. When I have to move again, I will use Metropolitan Moving without hesitation. Thank you!
